Please read through this page as there is a lot of different return policies and rules for this website! I will go through it page by page, to make it easier to find the return info and policy for that page! Returns & Policy: Boutique
Returns: ALL returns must be requested through email first! (ashleyboymomx2@gmail.com) MUST include: Reason why, photo if damaged, and order number with name on the order! Give me within 24hours to respond!
Policy/Refund: Refunds can be issued within 24hours of order being, unless your order has been processed. If you are returning products and need a refund, the item has to be returned and I have received refund from the vendor. Emails will be sent throughout the start of the process whether it's just a refund or refund & return! Note: If for some reason the refund by the vendor takes more than 30 days to receive, you will receive a refund from ashleyboymomx2.com anyways, and our business will take the loss and or deal with the vendor! Either way a refund will be issued out!
Shipping Policy: Shipping varies from vendors. Processing will be within 10 business days, shipping 5-7 business days! Emails will be sent through this process as well!

Policy/Refund: Due to how these digital courses and products are given, there will be NO REFUND IS ALLOWED AFTER PURCHASE IS SUBMITTED!
ALL Digital courses and products are able to resell! MUST resell at the price you purchased them, unless told otherwise! Reselling is OPTIONAL, but great for an extra income stream for your family!
